Quick cheesecake with raspberry sauce

Cheesecake with raspberry

Ingredients:
8 oatcakes
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
200 g of cream cheese
1 cup of cream
1 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
500g of fresh raspberries

To do this:

Crumble the biscuits and mix with cinnamon. Spread the crumbs into four glasses or serving bowls. Stir together cheese, cream, half a cup of sugar and the vanilla powder. Spread the mixture over the crumbs. Stir together raspberries and the other half cup of sugar, until the raspberries are juicy. Place them on top of the cheese mixture. Done!
